EB-5 Program

EB-5 is a U.S. immigration program where foreign investors who invest in the U.S. and create jobs can obtain permanent residency or “Green Cards“ for the investors themselves and their qualifying family members (spouse and children under 21 years old). Once approved, the investor can live or work anywhere in the U.S. and can return to the home country so long as he or she maintains U.S. residency. If desired, the investor can apply for U.S. citizenship after 5 years of legal permanent residency. Foreigners who are legally working or studying in the U.S. are eligible to apply under the EB-5 Program.
